1. The vehicle is rented on a daily basis from the hour you take possession of the key until the corresponding hour of the following day. This represents one day or twenty-four hours.

2. All vehicles must be returned at 12 pm if the vehicle is kept beyond the allowed time you will be
charged an extra day.

3. The point of pickup will remain the point of return or unless otherwise instructed.

4. Whatever fuel level you receive at the time of taking possession will remain the level on return.

5. In order to ensure that this is maintained when you receive gas in the vehicle you will be required to leave a deposit to cover the amount of gas you received. If on return the gas level is less than that which was received the deposit will not be returned.

6. Whereas no deposit is made based on an agreement between both parties on signing this document makes you liable for all loss or damages to the vehicles.

7. This vehicle is rented for a fixed period as agreed and any extension of the agreed period must be paid for in advance. If the vehicle is not returned as agreed, the police, the owner, or anyone acting on behalf of the owner comes in contact with the vehicle, the occupants will be evicted on the spot in whatever manner considered minimum necessary force.

8. If the vehicle is towed as a result of the driver’s negligence you MUST pay the necessary Transport Authority Fee to release the vehicle.

9. The vehicle is rented on the condition that the vehicle MUST NOT be engaged in any way or whatsoever form of speed competition, conveyance of paying passengers or the charter and any criminal activities. If this is discovered the vehicle will be repossessed and all fees paid will be forfeited.

10. The person(s) name on the contract MUST be the driver(s) of the vehicle at ALL times. Having an additional driver will attract a fee of Five Thousand Dollars (5,000) the additional driver must be declared upon signing the contract. Failing to do so will result in the contract being forfeited.

11. Roadside assistance is an extended service and in the case where such service is requested it will incur a fee of $100 USD conditions apply.

12. Airport Services is an extended service and in the case where such service is requested it includes Airport Pick Up $50 USD Airport Dropoff $50 USD Roundtrip $90 USD.

13. Car seat is an extended service and in the case where such service is requested it will incur a fee of $30 USD.

14. Security deposit takes 48 hours.
